User Agreement

The binding agreement between you and Edge360 Markets governing your trading account, platform access, and use of all services.

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and Traders Global Group Incorporated, trading as Edge360 Markets ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement, together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Risk Disclosure, AML/KYC Policy, Refund Policy, and Investment Disclaimer, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Edge360 Markets governing your use of the platform and services. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with Edge360 Markets, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
Have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
Not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing or using our services is prohibited by local law or regulation.
Not be subject to any sanctions imposed by the United Nations, OFAC, HM Treasury, or any other relevant authority.
Successfully complete our KYC/identity verification process.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met and will remain met for the duration of your account.

3. Account Registration and Security

When registering an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration and maintain the accuracy of that information at all times.
Create a strong, unique password and not share your login credentials with any third party.
Notify us immediately at support@edge360markets.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account where we reasonably believe unauthorized access has occurred or where the account holder has provided false or misleading information.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Edge360 Markets platform solely for lawful investment and trading purposes in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable laws. You may not use our platform to:

Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
Manipulate or attempt to manipulate market prices.
Conduct any activity that constitutes market abuse, insider trading, or front-running.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts not provided or authorized by Edge360 Markets to access or interact with the platform.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or computer systems.
Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without our express written consent.
Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.

5. Trading Terms

The following specific terms apply to your trading activity:

A valid Bot contract must be maintained to initiate and continue AI-assisted trading sessions.
You may request withdrawals after completing your first and second trading sessions, subject to verification and fee clearance.
The AI trading profit split is 70% to the user and 30% to the AI software at the conclusion of each trading session.
All orders are executed subject to market conditions, and we do not guarantee execution at your requested price.
We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or reverse any order at our discretion where we reasonably believe the order involves fraud, system errors, or market manipulation.

6. Fees and Charges

By using our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as set out in our Refund Policy and Fee Schedule, including commission fees, withdrawal fees, membership card fees, signal fees, network fees, and upgrade fees. All fees are subject to change with notice posted on our platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Edge360 Markets platform, website, trading tools, algorithms, AI systems, content, branding, and technology belong exclusively to Traders Global Group Incorporated or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform solely for personal investment and trading purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Edge360 Markets platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Edge360 Markets, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or system downtime, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Edge360 Markets and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your violation of any applicable law, or your use of the platform.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably determine that you have:

Breached any provision of this Agreement or any other policy.
Provided false or misleading information.
Failed to complete or maintain KYC verification requirements.
Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Initiated unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes.

Upon termination, any outstanding obligations including fee payments remain enforceable.

12. Amendments

We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. We will provide notice of material changes where practicable.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Traders Global Group Incorporated is registered. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be referred to our customer support team for informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
